Abstrak

In an increasingly diverse educational landscape, the implementation of differentiated instruction has become crucial for meeting the needs of individual students. However, aspiring teachers often face numerous challenges when applying this approach during their teaching practice. This research aimed to analyze the difficulties encountered by prospective teachers and identify factors influencing the effectiveness of differentiated instructional implementation. Using a literature review method, we analyzed articles indexed in Sinta and Scopus from 2009 to 2023. Our findings indicate that limited resources, standardized curricula, and insufficient teacher knowledge and skills are major obstacles in adopting this methodology. The conclusion emphasizes the need for education system reforms and enhanced training programs for teachers to better prepare them for implementing strategies tailored to student requirements. Consequently, greater support for aspiring educators is essential to achieve inclusive and effective educational goals.
